Visit Iowa Farms is a signature program of the Farm, Food and Enterprise Development Program through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. This program works with state agencies to educate Iowans on agritourism and provide resources to agritourism producers. We encourage all Iowa agritourism producers to list their destinations on our website; which serves as a search tool for agritourism destinations around the state.

Winneshiek Wildberry Winery
Ken and Yvonne Barnes, along with their daughters Beth Guzman and Darla Jones, proudly own and operate Winneshiek Wildberry Winery, located just outside Decorah. As fifth-generation farmers, Beth and Darla carry on their family’s agricultural legacy, which spans over 160 years. After facing the challenges of the 1980s farm crisis, the Barnes family saw an opportunity to diversify and turn their farm into something truly special through the cultivation of specialty crops.
Today, Winneshiek Wildberry Winery offers a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere where visitors can enjoy a variety of local wines, including their exclusive Harvest Blend—a unique wine made only once per year from the season’s best grapes. Along with their carefully crafted wines, the winery provides educational tours that give guests a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process. The venue also serves as the perfect setting for hosting events, from weddings to reunions and everything in between.
Whether you’re here to taste a glass of wine, learn about the winemaking process, or celebrate a special occasion, Winneshiek Wildberry Winery is the place to unwind and create lasting memories. Learn more at wwwinery.com!
